How worker payments work

Money flows in one direction only: from DreamCrew to you.

1. Log hours

Submit work with the hours you spent. A reviewer approves or requests changes.

2. Weekly cycle

Approved hours from Monday–Sunday are totalled at each task's hourly rate.

3. Payout

Paid the following week by bank transfer or supported wallet. Visible in your dashboard.

Your total depends entirely on hours worked and the rate of the tasks you take — a 30-hour week at $18/hr is $540, not a promised figure. Rates per task are listed on the home page and in your dashboard.
